Throughout his illustrious career, Lyle has professionally managed more than 40,000 multifamily units.

As the founder and President of PM Residential Management, LLC, part of Praxis Capital’s multifamily platform, Lyle continues to shape the industry. His past roles include President of Springboard Housing, a nonprofit dedicated to affordable housing, and President of Grubb & Ellis Residential Management, where he built a national multifamily platform. Early in his career, Lyle served as CFO of SARES-REGIS Group and is also a Certified Public Accountant and member of AICPA.
